The minimum number of participants is 3 persons, maximum 7 participants per meeting.

Content:

The first part consists of a short conversation in the group; Each participant gets the chance to tell where he or she is in personal life. Then we do a meditation. You will learn different forms of meditation, which you can then do yourself at home.

Through these group meditations, the participants have the opportunity at regular intervals and deepen their own peace.

How to register?
Since the number of participants is limited to 6, please register at the latest on Monday before the next meeting. If I do not have enough participants, the meeting will be cancelled by email or sms latest Tuesday before the meeting.
