A POWERFUL INTEGRATION: H.I.T.T. AND ANCESTRAL RITUALS

Hypno Integrative Tiefenpsychologische Therapie (H.I.T.T.) is a therapeutic approach of profound transformation that combines work with expanded states of consciousness, symbolic understanding, and emotional and physical integration. This methodology is based on three fundamental pillars that intertwine to address the human being in their totality.

The first of these pillars is hypnosis, understood as a natural state of consciousness that allows directing attention towards the inner world. In the practice of H.I.T.T., conscious hypnosis is employed, in which the person maintains control and actively participates in their own process. Through this state, access to significant experiences is facilitated, which can be relived, understood, and given new meaning, thus promoting genuine transformation.

The second pillar is the integrative approach. H.I.T.T. conceives the human being as a complex whole, in which the body, emotions, personal history, culture, and spiritual dimension are intertwined. Instead of trying to suppress symptoms, this therapy seeks to understand their origin, function, and the message they bring, integrating each experience as part of a broader process of growth and development.

The third pillar is based on a deepening into the unconscious. It starts from the recognition that many of our behavioral patterns and emotional responses arise from the unconscious. Therefore, H.I.T.T. proposes exploring the memories formed in the different stages of human development, from gestation to adulthood. These phases of development are conceived as evolutionary windows that, upon opening and closing, leave deep imprints that influence the way we relate to the world and to ourselves.

Together, H.I.T.T. offers a deep and respectful therapeutic path that invites looking inward, listening to the language of the body and soul, and integrating each experience as part of a journey of personal transformation.

These stages of development are addressed without limiting to a single psychological current, but understanding that human beings go through different key moments (physical, emotional, social, spiritual) that profoundly impact their way of living. In each of them, essential needs arise, whose satisfaction or lack shapes our beliefs, relationships, and sense of identity.

When this methodology intertwines with ancestral ritual practices—such as the temazcal, connection with the elements, or ceremonial spaces of deep introspection—access to the symbolic and archetypal world is amplified, allowing a direct experience of the transformation process. This combination facilitates the unconscious to express itself not only with words but also through the body, singing, breathing, silence, and the bond with nature.

This gathering is part of a therapeutic work cycle that is offered twice a year, promoting the continuity of the process of growth and integration. Although each gathering is complete in itself, those who decide to attend more regularly will be able to deepen even further in their process. It is also possible to participate sporadically or in just one edition, according to the needs of each person.

BENEFITS OF THIS INTEGRATION

  1. Deep access to psycho-emotional and somatic memories
Therapeutic hypnosis allows opening an expanded state of consciousness where images and emotions that, under ordinary conditions, remain repressed or inaccessible are activated. Combined with symbolic rituals, this access becomes more organic, fluid, and healing.
  2. Re-signification of wounds from a place of collective and ancestral meaning
Unlike purely rational therapies, this integrative approach allows healing from the depths, in connection with our cultural, family, and spiritual roots.
  3. Regulation of the nervous system
Breathing practices, ritual singing, contact with fire, water, or earth, and the guided trance state stimulate the parasympathetic system, helping to release chronic stress and restore emotional balance.
  4. Reunion with the body as a temple of wisdom
Instead of “analyzing” emotions, the body is invited to speak and manifest its truth.
  5. Sustained integration processes
What is mobilized in ritual spaces can be contained, named, and understood thanks to the integrative approach, anchoring the process in everyday life.
  6. Awakening of the sense of purpose and belonging
Group work and the containment of the team favor internal clarity and personal direction.

Additionally, being part of a cyclical process that is offered twice a year, participants have the opportunity to sustain and deepen their therapeutic journey over time. However, it is not a requirement to attend all gatherings; each one can be experienced as an independent and transformative experience.
